This gorgeous Gulf front home is just the right mix of sugar white sand, emerald green water, and sweet Southern hospitality. Your stay places you directly on the beach where you enjoy not only the view but also the ocean breezes and the sound of the surf. There is private beach access from the house that places you directly on the sugar white beaches. There is also a heated pool /spa with jets that overlooks the gulf. As you exit US 98 onto Scenic 30A, you know immediately that you are in a special place with over 40% of the area protected from future developments with dune lakes, charming communities, white sands and emerald waters. Gulf Place offers an array of shopping, outdoor activities, festivals and events. The house is situated about 23 feet above sea level, which offers spectacular views of sunsets and sun rises, standing two stories tall and spanning 3,300 square feet. This vacation home host five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and has accommodations for twelve of your friends or family members. Both floors are designed to host a whole family by itself with two living rooms, complete with bedrooms, bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to expansive balconies with sweeping Gulf views.
On the first floor of Gritz Carlton are four bedrooms each with a private bath. You will love the wet bar and large living room, ideal for evening entertainment with your whole group. The living room leads out onto a spacious, colonial style covered porch and the pool and spa in addition to the overlooks of the sugar white sand beaches and the emerald gulf. Enjoy your private beach access directly from the house. A truly divine sight you do not want to miss!

The GritzCarlton is great, exactly as shown & described on the website. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool and beach are wonderful. Becuase the house faces south, it was surprisingly comfortable on the pool deck and beach even in the low 60s. The only issue we had was with the pool heater, which stopped working a couple of times, but the manager got service on it right away and they refunded the our payment for the pool heat. The management gets an A in my book.

The house is always immaculate. Location ideal... close to amenities, yet very private. Great correspondence with owners and their local representative. Pool is wonderful. Furnishings bright and cheerful. Our family loves coming here We started coming to Dune Allen in 1977- our children had wonderful summers there and now our grandchildren are making the same happy memories on Santa Rosa Beach at the Gritz Carlton. Amazing family vacation
We’ve been coming to the gulf coast since 2012 and this was by far the best accommodations we’ve EVER had. There were 7 adults and two children and we had plenty of space to hang out together or have our own separate places to relax. The distance between the pool and beach made it super easy to go between both water sources. The host was super easy to communicate with and gave personal recommendations about local restaurants and activities. I highly recommend the Gritzcarlton. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked for the same week next year.

Epic holiday experience
We had a marvelous stay on 30A in this great house with all the amenities you could want. We were a family group with my older parents (70s-80s), my adult kids and their partners and my husband and I. We had a wonderful time. This house --in addition to all the amazing amenities at the property and the beach--was proximate to restaurants, the bike path and lots of fun shopping.

Gritz Carlton is the perfect place for your next multi-generational family trip! The pool and porch areas are setup so conveniently to supervise kid activities while relaxing. The beach access is ideal and you are minutes away from several restaurants and shops with a nice walking sidewalk path. We have already rebooked for next year!

Incredible property!
My family LOVED this property for our Spring Break getaway. We were close enough to everything to do what we wanted to do but far enough away to not be overcome with the crowd. The house was incredible and had everything we needed. It was stocked well and the accessories were top of the line. The heated pool was a blessing as the weather was cool and very windy. I would give this a 10/10 for an awesome beach vacation with family.
