Tutustu uuteen lomaan tässä Old Florida -tyyliin, yhden perheen kotiin, joka sijaitsee Seagrove Beachin sydämessä. Wonderful!

best way to relax

My husband and I loved staying here!! We went down for our honeymoon and we were blown away at how peaceful the property was. We were right on the pond and at night time you had your own personal sound machine. The frogs/crickets were unreal! We can’t wait to book again!

Great Place

This was a great location. It is about 1.5 miles from Duckies and Seaside. We rode our bikes and were there within 5mins. The beach is also about a 8 min walk. The house was very clean and plenty of room for our family. The house was a little hard to find. We arrived at dark. When you pull into the entrance drive all the way to the back. You will have to carry your bags a pretty good distance. You will see a wooden walk way. Follow it all the way to the back right side. The house is the last one in the back on the right.

Great Family Getaway

We loved the Bungalow. It was a quiet location, but easy walk to several restaurants. We had family staying at a local State Camp Ground. It was nice to have the space in the Bungalow to have family meals. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and had everything we absolutely needed. We would have liked to have a pizza pan and pizza cutter, but a quick trip to the local Tom Thumb for tin foil and a knife worked! Our 7 and 10 year olds loved the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. It was wonderful to have a quiet place to retreat away from the sand of the beach. The public beach was with in walking distance. We also enjoy the walk along 30A to the food trucks (our favorite was the brisket nachos from Barefoot BBQ), The Perfect Pig (the bacon Bloody Mary was fantastic), and the Beachy Bean Cafe (the iced matcha latte with coconut milk was delicious)! Our only advice is to bring blankets. We did not, as the pictures showed them, but since COVID they do not do comforters. When we as for them they did bring us blankets by the end of the business day!

What a great spot!

Everything was as advertised. We arrived in the dark and had a problem finding the bungalow. Fortunately, someone came out of their unit and asked her where the unit was. She had an arial view of the property and directed us in the right direction. It would be a good idea to have a map available. The TV is very funky! Luckily, we have Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Peacock. However, we had to login with our accounts to be able to view TV. It would be great if there was access to local TV for weather and news. The dishes and silverware could use an update. People complained about the pots and pans but there was a great selection. The East bedroom`s East window could use some room darkening curtains. We would certainly stay there again.

Lovely

Loved having 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and half bath downstairs. We would have liked to have a few more cups and silverware - spoons were oddly very small. Overall, quite lovely. I sprained my knee just before the trip and had a hard time with the distance from parking lot to bungalow and navigating the stairs.

Very enjoyable, great experience.

Very nice. Could use a few nicer stemware items, but that's definitely understandable . Also the community hot tub wasn't working a couple of days. But would definitely recommend it.

Always a wonderful time!!

This is our second time staying at 114 and we just love everything about it! The location is somewhat secluded. The walk to the beach is not far. It truly is one of our favorite places to go. Hope to go again and again and again!

Cute place not far from beach

I would stay here again. I liked that this standalone unit was tucked away in the back and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. Close to anything you need. Plenty of room for a family of 5. I loved doing check-in online and not having to visit an office somewhere.

Property was nice. I sent 3 different emails to property management group and never got a single response. I asked for TV instruction, reported microwave not working and 2 out of 3 bulbs out in upstairs bathroom.

Beautiful Retreat!

We were looking for a place to be able to relax for the weeks as a family. Although the area itself is very busy, the bungalow was a quiet oasis and just what we needed. The property was perfect for our family. Our kids absolutely loved seeing all of the frogs from the pond in front of the bungalow. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

My family and I were very impressed with this property. The condo had plenty of room for my family of 4. The pool was very large. I was slightly worried about the walk to the beach. We were the furthest unit on this property from the beach and it took us six minutes, not a bad walk at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely time!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this lovely. Fantastic location, super close to the beach and convenient to great restaurants, etc. Having been traveling to 30a for almost 15 years, I’ve obviously seen the growth and change but very thankful this place remains. Private yet convenient!

We had an awesome weekend. House was set back and overlooked a pond. Had a manageable walk to the beach and a store right across from the public access so that you could get your supplies on the way to the beach! The food in the area was all very good!

Nice property but no maintenance help

I chose this property for a trip to 30-A with my sixth grade daughter for spring break. We recently moved to the South and this was our first trip to this area of Florida, which we were told is a spring break destination suitable for families. We enjoyed the area of Seagrove Beach and the property was nice. I was annoyed by the lack of maintenace support for the entire trip. For example, we were given a number to call if we had any issues checking-in. We had difficulty finding the property and when calling the number for help (after reviewing materials emailed to us), no one answered. We eventually figured it out on our own and got into the property. Also, the televisions didn't work, and while TV was a minimal part of our stay, I had hoped to watch some TV (the basketball tournament precisely) in the evenings. I sent an email to the address provided in our check-in materials and didn't get a response. I followed up with a phone call to the property management company who claimed they would "get someone right over," but we never saw anyone for the rest of the stay and the problem didn't get addressed. I'm annoyed that certain amenities and support were offered in the advertisement for the property, and then were not followed through upon when we sought help from the resources and numbers provided to us. I am sure there will be a response posted on this review about how we just didn't understand or didn't try hard enough, but the bottom line is they either didn't have the maintenance staff to assist us or they didn't want to deal with our issues. For what I paid, this shoddy service makes up for the lack of a nice property, which otherwise was a lovely place for my daughter and I to spend a few days away and was not overwhelmed by a spring break party crowd, as other areas of this stretch can be. Also, beware that while you can enter the beach from a short walk away, a lot of the property near the closest beach entrance is private and hired hands will shoo you away to a public area. Not exactly relaxing, and it's not that bad of a walk to the areas that are public, but just something to know (plan ahead with a good beach wagon to haul your stuff where you need to go). This was a fine place for us to try, but we will likely take our business to someplace that values customer service more in the future. I am sure this will be one more thing blamed on the pandemic worker shortage, but it seems like more could have been done to help us.

Cute, but lacking items needed for a stay.

We called My Vacation Haven 5 times. Items missing were hairdryer, potholders, non-stick fry pan, & hangers. The iron was old & broken; it was replaced. Could have used more coffee mugs. Door alarm broke ;we were locked out for 2 hrs before repair man came. Lock needed new battery. Electricity on half 1st floor went out (including Wi-Fi). Repairman brought long extension cord to do a temp repair for Wi-Fi. All repair folks were super nice ! But more attention needed to have a care free stay.

Overall Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our house for the weekend. It was nicely decorated with that beachy feel that was perfect. We were in the back of the beach houses and didn’t realize that until we arrived; that was just an extra nice surprise. We walked to the beach several times. We were close enough to all the amenities as well. I found a cute coffee shop several miles down the road and there was a nice restaurant that we visited later that evening after I seen it that morning. I would highly recommend this area for anyone looking for a nice, relaxing getaway.
