With three adult bedrooms (king in master, king in second master and 2 full beds in third room), one children's bedroom (with two twin beds, both w/ trundle beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to check in. Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less from check in.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date

Great house
Second time staying at Matt’s property and it was just a great from two years ago. Location is walking distance to public beach. Easy golf cart ride to Seaside. 17 mins to Rosemary. Beds are very comfortable! Will book again.

We loved the house and close proximity to the beach! The pool was nice and warm and perfectly located right out the back door. Our crew of 10 made great use of the golf cart and bikes which were helpful to explore the nearby areas. We will definitely be back

Excellent beach house and location!
This was a great house for our fall beach trip! The house is very clean and well- equipped. We liked the layout with the kids bunk and singles on the 3rd floor for our teenagers and the den and kitchen fit everyone nicely. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. The community pool is also located just behind this property. Can’t wait to come back!
Our visit was wonderful! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Great location within walking distance to the beach and several stores/restaurants. Huge bonus for having the community pool right outside of the back door. Only thing I would suggest is to add an additional door lock out of reach of little ones, on the balcony access door in the twin bedroom. The host was responsive and made check in very easy. We are already talking about coming back and can’t wait! Thanks again!

Amazing beach vacation
My husband and I invite our kids, spouses and grandkids to our first beach getaway. It was probably one of the best weeks we have had together. We live in three different states and don’t all get together often enough. The house was so nice and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well stocked and there were games we enjoyed. The beach was a short walk. The pool right behind the house was convenient too. Matt was wonderful to rent from. He answered any questions quickly. We are all talking about returning sometime in the future. I highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed even lots of games for the family. The beds were super comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. Loved having the pool right behind us. Plenty of room for us and even had room for more if we needed it. Communication with the owner was always very prompt and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for such wonderful house to stay in and enjoy a family vacation.

Great Week!
The property is HUGE! There were 11 of us, 8 adults and 3 kiddos and we had all the room we needed! The location is good if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very nice and is really quiet. All the amenities we needed were provided by the host. Two washers and two dryers made washing clothes, towels, etc really easy. Even for 11 guests! Now, our only concern was that both the Keurig lid coffee maker and the drip coffee coffee maker died the day before we checked out. 🤷🏼‍♂️😢 With so many making coffee, maybe the coffee makers just got tired. Other than this issue, we had no complaints or concerns and hope to stay at this property! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic property in a great location! The house was spotless on check in, with great space and amenities. The owner, Matt, is a pleasure to work with and always quickly responsive. Having the pool right out the back door is quite convenient and was never overly loud. There are also several great restaurants within 5-10 minute walks. And beach access is easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome FamilY Home
This house was a great house for us to stay in with my family for Thanksgiving. It was clean, had plenty of beach towels, the kitchen was well stocked, and was in a good location. The property managers were a delight to work with. They always answer their phone if anything was needed. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Will definitely stay here again and recommend.
