Perfect stay for me

Used this place as a home base for a 4 day fishing charter in the area. Place was fantastic, close enough to the main roads and yet right on the beach for R&R time. Cleanliness was spot on, and the complimentary goods were perfect to keep from having to make trips to Publix too much. Loved the unit, wish I could have speant more time in it, will save this one for future use.

Adorable condo!!!

We loved the location of this rental. Walk outside the door strait to the beach access. I didn’t time it but maybe a 60 second walk. First floor allows you to walk out the back door to the beach as well! So easy just to run up from the beach to get drinks or sandwiches. I am an interior designer and only pick VRBO’s that fit my design taste. This is an adorable place, fun lighting, very high quality sofa and furniture. Close to cafe 30 A, and shops. The only thing I will make a note of just so folks with 2 kids staying in the bunks might want to know if that’s the top bunk is pretty close to the ceiling so a smaller child could sleep up there or in the fabulous Lee sectional..we only had one teenager and she slept in the bottom And stored all her stuff on top. Otherwise, perfection👍🏼

Perfect for our family of 4!

We loved this property. Convenient to everything! The updates within the unit are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook in. We were in town for a short stay but came up from the beach everyday to have lunch before heading back out. It's on the beach side of 30A, which was my favorite part. We normally have to cross the street, so we loved setting up and taking down just once and feeling like we were close enough to come in on a whim. It was a HOT HOT Florida weekend this past weekend, so we spent most of the day Saturday soaking up the A/C and resting inside on the comfy couch. Our boys loved the bunk beds. They called them "fort beds." One suggestion I'd make is maybe to add some rugs on either side of the master bed to help with dusting sand off before crawling in. Otherwise, we'd love to stay here again next time we're in town!

Perfect condo for my family with great location!

From check in to leaving, everything was easy and we loved this condo for our family of 4. The decor was really cute and the condo was clean. LOVED all of the hooks in the hallway and bathroom for wet towels and swimsuits. The kitchen was well stocked too. The central location on 30A and to the beach was awesome. Great pool which wasn't crowded. Will definitely return to Beachside Condos!

Great location, okay rental.

If you love being able to hear the waves from your condo, this place is great. We loved the proximity to the beach and quiet area. We were disappointed by the rental itself. Based on past reviews, we expected it to be impeccably clean. The furniture and bedding were dingy and stained. When we walked in the first night we were met with several Palmetto bugs (roaches) and a smaller roach. I was happy that after reporting it, the management company sent someone to spray the next morning. Luckily we did not see anymore after they sprayed. As for the comfort of the beds, there wasn’t much. The rental did the trick for a short, last minute beach trip.

Perfect beach condo for a couple

This rental was perfect for my wife and I. It is the perfect size for a couple or small family, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Ground floor makes loading and unloading a breeze. Location is fantastic with super easy beach access. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect little beach condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay here. The location was perfect to access many different restaurants and shopping with a short bike ride. Being beach side of the road made it super easy to run down to the beach or up to the room for breaks/snacks etc. The condo itself was decorated with a lot of modern detail and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided for us. If I had to come up with a few negatives (which I’m reaching here) the garbage can was teeny tiny in the kitchen (not that big of a deal), the back bedroom didn’t cool down as much as the living/kitchen, and the cards provided weren’t a whole deck (lol at this bc it rained for 30 minutes and we tried to occupy our time-also not a big deal). The best part about this condo is that we got ENGAGED here (well right in front at the beach) and we will forever remember our sweet little 30A condo we shared that memory in. We did forget our sleep number pillows on the bed and have sent in a request to try to get them back so hopefully that will work out :) Thanks for an all around lovely trip. We will be back!!! :) -L+C

Very Convenient

Stayed for a weekend for a girls getaway and was a great property! Very clean, beautifully decorated. One of the best perks to this place is it's on the bottom floor of the building and right next to the parking lot, made carrying in bags and groceries extremely easy! There was no noise either like you would think being next to the parking lot. The only con is not having a beach view, but that's okay considering we were on the beach allll day and really on in the room to sleep! Good proximity to the beach also, a very short walk around the building and down a flight of stairs directly to the beach!

Girls weekend

Very cute and tastefully decorated. Great location close to dining and shopping. Beach access just steps away. We did find several large black roach looking bugs (but hey..it’s Florida), however the unit appeared clean and we did not let that detract from our trip. We actually walked to Whiskey Bravo one night and Seaside is an easy bike ride away. There is a beach rental place right across the street as well as a Subway and several shops. The pizza restaurant close by was good, and you are not far from Cowgirl kitchen and Cafe 30A. There is a Tom Thumb within walking distance and it’s a short drive to Publix.
