Located on the second floor, this 807-square-foot vacation rental offers gorgeous views of the emerald green waters and the sugar-white sands of the beach below.

Inside, this newly-updated condo features all-new decor, furnishings, and amenities. The well-equipped, full kitchen boasts all-new LG appliances, as well as a Keurig K-Duo single-serve pods and brewed carafe coffee maker, while the adjacent living/dining area includes a 55-inch LG OLED smart TV and a comfortable queen sofa bed. Additional interior upgrades include a main bedroom with a Nectar Premier memory foam king bed, TCL Roku TV, and en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Memory foam bunks with charging ports for the kids in the hallway and a private washer/dryer add convenience during your stay. And outside, take in the gorgeous sunsets from your furnished balcony complete with multiple seating options including extra wide Adirondack chairs with curved seats and backrests.

We had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient. It was a second floor condo close to the stairs and the stairs ended near the gate to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. Overall a good choice and I would go back to it.

Dirty condo but great view
We have traveling to this area for seven years. Every time we come we always find a new condo to stay in and enjoy the beautiful views and family time on the beach. Unfortunately this was one of the worst stays that we’ve ever had. Let’s start with the good items first. The condo is located in a great section of the beach and the inside decor has been updated and it’s very nice. The view of the beach is perfect and the location to the boardwalk to get down to the beach is very close. Unfortunately that ends the short list of pros for this condo. After completing our two day / 17 hour drive we were excited to check into the condo only to find a very dirty one awaited us. There were tons of bugs and gnats inside the condo, sand all over the floors an infestation of gnats that no matter how many we killed every day we could not get rid of and that made cooking a nuisance( we honestly killed around 100). The worst part about it were the bathrooms that were definitely dirty. We found pubic hair all over the bathroom cabinet doors and floor and that prompted us to call management immediately to have somebody come out and re-clean the condo. They did respond to my phone call and email fairly soon and sent two crews out to re-clean the condo however after seeing pubic hair in the bathroom you start to wonder what else in the condo is dirty especially thinking about sheets in the bed. There was dirty used bar soap in both of the showers as well. The management company did refund our cleaning fee but then I tipped the cleaning crew. I think if the condo was cleaned properly and there weren’t bugs everywhere inside it would’ve been a great stay but too much of our time was spent re-cleaning the condo ourselves and killing bugs that it really took away from the whole vacation feel. I would probably not book this condo again unfortunately.

Overall very nice property. Clean, new, convenient. The stove was a little slow to heat. And for us older people we had a really hard time figuring out the TV in the living room. Seems like there should have been some instructions somewhere.... We have stayed at the Palms many times. This was the nicest condo so far.

Clean condo, outstanding location
Before booking a was concerned about the outdated decorating style of this condo. However all ammenities worked to perfection, and the furniture was very comfortable. I would absolutely book this condo again or recommend it to a friend.

Great location! We were so close to the beach. A short bike ride from Seaside shops and food was a bonus. Also Alys beach was only a 15 minute car ride. This was our fourth stay at the palms and makes a great family vacation spot
