SPECIAL PRICE MAY. Holiday HOME SERENITY. Modern new townhouse in a luxury urbanization only 5 minutes drive from Puerto de la Cruz. The house is inside a residential very careful, closed, safe. There are two large community pools, one for adults and one for children. The house is very spacious, has 180 square meters with views of the sea and Mount Teide. It has all the amenities in a very quiet environment and close to beaches, good restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. From the different viewpoints of the urbanization of La Quinta you can enjoy incredible views of the sea, the valley of La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz, and the entire north of the island. And you can see incredible sunsets.
If you like to practice sport at 3 minutes walking there is a gym and heated swimming pools.
On the first floor is the kitchen. It is very spacious with a table for 6 people and TV SMART TV, DISHWASHER, microwave, washing machine, oven, induction plate, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, blender and much kitchenware and utensils. The living room with a large relax sofa and table for 8 people, 46 '' SMART TV with international channels in different languages. A nice toilet and two garden terraces with quality furniture and a BBQ
where they can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, lie in the sun or sit and enjoy the surroundings.
On the upper floor are the four rooms that are very spacious and two other bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. One of the bathrooms is inside one of the rooms. All mattresses are new, comfortable and of quality. There are 2 baby cots and 2 baby seats available.
The whole house has large windows through which a lot of natural light and sun enters.
The bathrooms and the entire floor of the house are marble. The bedding and towels are of quality. Pool towels will be available.
Every week there is a free house cleaning with change of bed linen and towels.
It will be a pleasure to receive you.

Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open.

Lovely villa in quiet location ❤️
Beautiful property, fantastic size and adequately equipped for a busy family. Communal pools very quiet so sunbeds available if needed. Gorgeous terraces front and back, absolute sun traps. Located in a very quiet town, no tourists but found the bars and cafes welcoming and lidl supermarket 5 mins drive perfect for self catering.

We had a week staying in this villa. The area and place was lovely.
The property was perfect had everything it said it had. There was seven adults staying and plenty of space. The area was lovely and quiet and not too far from quinta and Puerto de la Cruz. We were lucky we had a great week weather wise would definitely go back. Thank you to Gloria.

Sur le papier c'est idéal, la maison peut etre sympa mais travaux d'immeuble à côté, manque de propreté, sols non lavés, manque de protection matelas ou s'il y en a sales Pas de serviettes à mains, machine à laver sale, manque de produits de premiere nécessité, plan de travail de cuisine sombre mais sale, wc de la douch qui fuit et fait énormément de bruit, isolation inexistante : on entend les voisins comme sils etaient dans notre chambre :, wifi faible et absent en chambres et terrasses, mobilier de jardin jardin sale, 4 transats désagréable a la piscine partagee , canapé tout déchiré dans le salon... Nous n'avons pas apprécié notre sejour dans ces conditions Echange avec hôte pars tel , sympa mais ca fait pas tout Surtout à 60e les frais de menage pour 3 jours

Very bad! Very Disappointing
From the minute we checked in we were shocked by the state of the furniture. Everything was ripped, doors of cupboards did not fit, the kitchen was a mess, there was mould on the pots and pans. The kitchen looked disgusting. The bins were not emptied and the dishwasher was dirty and not working properly. We were looking forward to a bbq night but it was too dirty to use so we bought one. The swimming pool was a joke. It had not been cleaned for ages. The bathrooms were ok but one of them was mouldy. Very disappointing because we paid a lot of money. The owner was rude. She said “if you don’t like it, you can leave”. I would NOT recommend this accommodation!

We had a great stay and loved the house - some of the out doors furniture were a little worse for wear but still functional. Gloria was super helpful when we had WiFi issues and had them sorted in no time.

En una zona muy tranquila, la casa es espectacular, igual que en las fotos. Se necesita coche para ir a comprar, ya que es una zona residencial, pero tiene muy cerca varios establecimientos donde hacerlo. A diez minutos de Puerto La Cruz
