Quite new Hotel, staff were very nice, room was nice, breakfast was ok. Clean. Can be noisy due to location but with window closed it was fine, infrequent & difficult to understand bus service but walked everywhere instead.

Good hotel for the cost of the rooms. Nice rooms a bit far from downtown. Parking is free but there are not enough spaces sometimes. Restaurant inside not recommended . Breakfast is good

The room was amazing, very clean and spacious. Lovely staff. Very close to the airport and port. The hotel area feels a bit industrial but it’s a short walk to a park and from there to many dining options.

This is a great hotel in a slightly funky neighborhood but don’t worry, it’s safe enough. There’s a railway station next door (one stop to the center of town) and it’s close to the best seafood restaurants in Santander in Plaza Cabildos - Casa Jose is a personal favorite although the proprietor owns another four restaurants around the plaza! We had a large suite at Bed4U but didn’t make a special booking so perhaps all rooms are like this. It’s quite new, bathroom very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast buffet is excellent. If you’re driving, pay close attention to GPS directions - the entrance is easy to miss, and if you go past you’ll have to go round again on a very big loop on freeways and roundabouts. Once you’ve figured it out it’s easy enough, and well worth the trouble - this hotel is a find.

Great hotel. Not in the centre but we walked in around 20 minutes. Its also right next to train sration and bus outside. Special mention to the cleaning staff who did a fabulous job- my daughted loved your note and the sweets ❤️

Although clean lacks extra touches here and there
Hotel was good although clean my wife had couple of bed bug bites which we couldn't believe it looking how the room was clean. Dinner at the hotel was limited couldn't get any vegan burger or vegetarian mains landed up with fries only. Breakfast was limited too hardly any variety of breads only baguettes sliced. Boiled egg were horrible they tasted old. People were using same utensils for meats with cheeses and the cheeses were in the same platter as the cold cuts of meat. If you don't eat meat and you want cheese you can't have as cross contamination. Other than that parking was good though small car park. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not terrible, but not great
We stayed on a Friday and it was a hotel full of loud, obnoxious party goers. Rooms are ok but we’re not thoroughly cleaned. Essentially a travelodge.
