The property has just been purchased in 2018 but has been rented for the last 5 years. At the end of 2018 has been renewed with a dishwasher a larger refrifgerator and more cupboards in the kitchen area. The property has its own private barbecue

There is airconditioning in all the bedrooms and also in the living area. This property has the largest living are of the properties in the complex.
