Summary:
Welcome to our cozy two story condo in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, located near the heart of Santee, with private parking for 2 cars (tandem) and a community pool! Stylishly furnished so you feel comfortable and right at home! Full kitchen with everything needed for making meals at home. Easy freeway access and walking distance to Sharp facility in Santee, and just a short drive to all other hospitals, which is perfect for travel nurses!

The Space:
You will have full access to the entire condo during your stay. Master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and vanity. Second bedroom has a full size bed and standard closet. There is a bathroom with tub upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs!
This condo offers High speed WiFi and a small workstation for all of your remote work needs. There is central air conditioning and and heat so you'll be comfortable all year round.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and parking area.

The Neighborhood:
This is a well maintained community with many families. Grassy areas and plenty of large trees make it a great neighborhood to wander around on a nice stroll! Close to shopping centers, restaurants, public transportation and the Sharp urgent care center. Easy freeway access to 52.

Getting Around:
Private parking in rear of building. Additional parking in cul-de-sac or street available. Bus stop within walking distance. Trolley stop is in the shopping center just to the north, 8 min walk to station.

Other Things to Note:
Private residence is bordered by three neighboring condos. Please be respectful of them. Private parking is shared (adjoining) with neighbor, so if you have a large vehicle please be considerate.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
