Buena estadía
Aunque corta (1 noche) no hubo mayor problema, salvo un edificio que están construyendo junto al hotel que eliminará cualquier vista al cerro San Cristóbal, una pena. Nosotros nos quedamos en el piso 6, quizás el edificio siga teniendo vistas norte en los pisos superiores. El desayuno, impecable, nada que decir. Se agradece además el amplio espacio de estacionamiento.

Great location but had a couple of inconveniences Bathroom fan didn’t work, ac didn’t work, no glasses provided and very small closet space with three hangers. The parking garage ramp is very steep, if you have a low vehicle it will hit the bottom several times on your way up and down the ramp. Parking must be validated every time you exit the lot. My stay wasn’t that long so I didn’t bring these up. However, we were taking a rest at about 4:30 pm when someone opened our door and walked in! It was housekeeping staff without knocking and after the room had already been cleaned. All in all the location and price are great if you don’t mind a few downsides.

Hotel de ótima localização em providência, hotel novo, porém muito desorganizado. Por 2 vezes me passaram a chave do quarto, quanto cheguei o quarto estava sujo e usado, na terceira tentativa de ser alojada o quarto, o quarto com um cheiro de esgoto insuportável, tendo eu pedido para trocar. Demorou para conseguir um outro quarto, e foi onde ficamos, mas o quarto ainda estava com mal cheiro de esgoto. Ao conseguir o quarto saímos para conhecer a cidade e quando voltamos o cartão de abertura da porta não funcionava, novamente procuramos a recepção e tinham nos passado o cartão do quarto errado, o chuveiro possui uma banheira fixa, que acaba sendo perigoso, porque é muito escorregadio e tem apenas uma barra atrás para segurar. Os copos de vidro do quarto eles colocam no banheiro, muito nojento. No ato do pagamento da estadia de 7 dias, ficaram $22 (vinte e dois dólares) pendente de troco e cobrei por 3 vezes e não me deram meu troco, no dia do checkout cobrei meu troco a funcionária do hotel queria me dar o troco em água e refrigerante. O mesmo problema outro casal que estava comigo também teve. Questionamos até que nos deram o troco efetivo. O café da manhã muito bom , mas não tinha variedade durante os dias, todo dia o mesmo cardápio. A limpeza não é das melhores. Banheiro do restaurante do hotel muito sujo.

Excelente localização, no Centro, perto de tudo. Limpeza : Arrumam só a cama e repõe os itens precisos, mas em questão de limpeza não, a banheira ficou suja, a pia do banheira suja todos os dias que permanecemos no hotel. Café da manhã delicioso. Só uma observação : Não aceitam Dólar usado, ao menos o meu não aceitaram. Ficou 22 Dólares para me devolver e fazem a devolução somente no Check-out onde tivemos problemas. Tirando o fatos ocorridos é bom sim. 3 Elevadores novos.

mala esperiencia
No recomiendo el hotel, el agua de la ducha sale prácticamente fría, la habitación es muy fría y no se puede aumentar la temperatura, al llegar en la noche a la habitación el baño tenía muy mal olor.
