I like that the staff communicated with me for a safe trip and was available for anything I needed. Wilson was beneficial in making sure everything went well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very helpful and flexible when I had a problem with arrival for my booking. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom looked as if it had been recently renovated. No cable TV, but instead there is an Amazon Fire Stick which supposedly allows you to watch online. The guy set it up for me but then the power went out and I never got it back. Not a big deal for me. What I did find strange was that although power outages are common in all of the DR, there was no backup, so if power in the street went out I was plunged into darkness. Maybe it was because it was low season with few guests at the hotel, so perhaps they save on using a generator. Overall though, a good experience and I would return.

We had a booking but the rooms were not ready even though we arrived late at night. When we got the rooms, it did not have toilet paper or enough bath towels. On asking the staff, they immediately provided it to us. It was obvious that the rooms need update. There was white residue around the sink faucet, water was not hot enough, etc. On the positive side the staff was good, they cooked us hot breakfast and the property is walkable to the beach.

The hotel doesn’t know about the reservation until you present your email confirmation. The room is advertised as a 2 queen size beds but it is 2 full size beds,it’s not dirty but they needs to do a deep cleaning. The breakfast is surprisingly pretty good.

A fèw staffs were so rude & unprofessional I called your 800 number from here DR using my phone to cancel...ask for a refund or something that same evening we arrived there but the call couldn’t go through from here ( DR )
