Loved my stay, my one complaint is the breakfast buffet I paid about $1,000 more, for my son, mother and I. The breakfast buffet ends at 11am. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, having paid for breakfast in advance and the first time I was dissatisfied with the breakfast. If the breakfast ends at 11am, why is food running out by 930am?? Nothing would get replenished and if you got there at 10am, there would be no way you’d get a table. If you don’t have enough food or tables for the people who reserved in advance when reserving the rooms, then there should be some sort of limit as to how much breakfast reservations can be accepted in advance. One day i arrived at 1015 and there was nothing but fruit and cheese left. One guy came out from the kitchen with a basket of bread to put out for everyone and I am not sure why he chose to turn around and return it to the kitchen.People were literally going after him asking for bread. Then I figured I’d be able to get some bread in the VIP lounge on my floor. I go there only to find they too didn’t have anything left. This is completely unacceptable especially at a 5 star hotel.There were times you couldn’t even get clean plates or even cups to serve yourself coffee, you’d see he dirty cups grouped on a table that could’ve been given to someone waiting to be seated.You cannot accept an exaggerated amount of reservations to then not have enough food, plates and utensils to accommodate the people who paid on advance
