The staff is not at all friendly. They don't know how to talk to customers. Multiple pleas to provide towels to the room were left on deaf ear. The room cleaning cleaned the room but forgot to place any towels in the room. When asked for the same, they didn't help us after saying that they would. The receptionist doesn't know how to apologize for inconvenience. When we said the above inconvenience we faced during the checkout, all we were told was that the room was paid for and we are good to go. Very bad experience this time.

transportation is definitely an issue if you do not have your own vehicle. However, uber service is really cheap. There are lots of dining options and shops around the area, so it should be okay. The hotel though could use some upgrades and repairs. There is too much noise in the rooms, especially with the air conditioner.
