Great hotel in the middle of the city.
Amazing ol' timey German feel hotel in the middle of the city center, where the large shopping area and many restaurants are. Amazing food at their rooftop restaurant with a 360 degree patio.

We liked the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The bed was hard and loud party music above us and loud street noise kept us awake the first night. We asked for a room change and it was made and we slept better the next night.

Nice Hotel very close to the Mueller shopping mall
Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast on the top floor offers a great variety. Internet connection is reasonably fast. AC / Heater is a little bit noisy though.

POSITIVO: hotel estilo clássico, funcionários prestativos. Restaurante com com café da manhã. Serviço e atendimento dos garçons muito bons; restaurante lugar aconchegante. NEGATIVOS: muito barulho, acústica péssima. Barulho de móveis arrastando são facilmente ouvidos, se tiver hóspede sem noção então, você não consegue dormir. Pelo estilo antigo do hotel, tem quartos divididos por uma porta...dá pra ouvir tudo. Peguei "vizinhos" que chegaram depois da meia noite... conversa alta. No dia seguinte, pedi para trocar de quarto, fui prontamente e gentilmente atendido pelos funcionários, mas o problema do barulho continuou, levando a crer que todo o hotel tem esse problema. Um dos quartos, ar-condicionado barulhento também... parecia que tinha peça solta. Hotel deveria ter mantido os carpetes, como antigamente...assim os barulhos não seriam problema. Outro ponto: Entendo que os serviços de limpeza têm uma logística e precisam cumprir horários, mas é preciso que as camareiras cuidaem com conversas altas nos corredores e com barulho arrastando camas e cadeiras muito cedo também .
