Encontramos insetos de tri do quarto, Aranhas (foto) Sujeiras no colchão (foto) Tv com 4 canais e não funciona direito (foto) Ar condicionado pingando (foto) Chuveiro vazando água pra todo lado (foto) Colchão esburacado e muito ruim Muito ruído no quarto Hotel em reforma, muito ruído As fotos do anúncio não correspondem a realidade do local, são fotos antigas, hoje está muito diferente, móveis, estantes, brinquedos muito velhos. Café da manhã estava claramente exposto a muito tempo, talvez com coisas de dias, o queijo estava extremamente ressecado, com bordas duras, o yorgute estava com leite acrescentado, totalmente aguado. Suco sem gosto. Bolos com bordas ressecadas, com a aparência de ter sido guardado na geladeiras sem uma proteção do alimento.

Hotel diz que recebe Pet, mas não é verdade!
Hotel simples, achei o atendimento grosseiro por parte de uma pessoa da recepção e a pessoa da limpeza, rudes, grossos. As pessoas da copa foram maravilhosas. Todas as vezes que falei na recepção a pessoa estava de cara fechada. Melhor não aceitarem Pet, além de cobrarem taxa, não permitiram eu deixar o ar ligado para que pudéssemos comer perto, queriam me cobrar 50,00 só nesse pequeno período de tempo. Se você tem pet, não vá pra esse hotel. Falta de empatia e super grossos todas as vezes que falei sobre alguma dúvida.

Em geral achei custo beneficio otimo, porém deixou a desejar um pouco no café da manha, cheguei 08:30 e ja nao tinha muita coisa e nao foi reposto. Tambem achei que faltou circulacao no quarto que fiquei não tinha janela no banheiro entao ficava muito abafado apos banho.

Me hospedar junto de minha namorada no JS Thermas foi uma experiência muito agradável! Todos os integrantes da equipe são maravilhosos. O local possui um atendimento impecável, muito atenciosos e voltado para os eventos da região. Ao chegar de madrugada, sempre fomos bem recebidos pelo segurança, e pela manhã ao participar do café da manhã as equipes de recepção e cozinha sempre estavam prontas para nos atender. Recomendo e muito! A localização da Pousada é muito boa também!

A localização é excelente. O hotel é meio barulhento a noite, por conta dos check-ins fora de hora e estávamos no térreo, mas o restante foi tudo ótimo.
