The place is a good area, very accurate as described in the app, there are plenty of restaurants, it’s also located close to Paulista Avenue, which is a great avenue full of tourists attractions. If You don’t know the area very well, I advise you to use uber to go to places, even though the place seems to be very safe.

WiFi was not available and we asked the manager, was told rudely it was a “gesture” to provide WiFi not an expectation. Also, very noisy neighbors but building manager says not their job.

O apartamento tem uma vista bem bonita da cidade, jogo de cama delicioso e confortável. Só senti falta de pano de chão pq caiu café no chão. Aliás só caiu café pq não tinha um coador pra passar a bebida dos brasileiros. O banheiro é bemmm apertado, levemente desconfortável. Estadias longas pode ser um incomodo. Mas de modo geral a hospedagem eh boa!

Gostei e voltaria.
No geral, gostei bastante mas para ajudar a melhorar, faço algumas observações: Quarto: -precisa melhorar iluminação na parte na pia e armários da pequena "cozinha" pq é bem escuro; -colocar mais cabides no armário; -ar condicionado fraco, não resfriava; -um dos lados da cama encostado na parede não é bom. Quanto ao banheiro: -água demora para esquentar; -falta iluminação na frente do espelho; -pia pequena. Molha bastante quando abre torneira. Quanto a localização: -ao lado do restaurante que serve café da manhã e pequenas refeições tem um prédio que parece abandonado e invadido. No decorrer dos dias, andamos a pé sem problemas apesar de ter alguns moradores de rua. No mais, voltaria a me hospedar.

As ruas ao redor e ate a esquina aonde ta localizado o prédio é cheio de subidas e descidas, bem íngreme. Inacessível para idosos ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O metrô mais próximo é o do Mackenzie mas ainda sim é uma boa caminhada ate la de um 12-15min. Da pra ir andando até a Paulista, mas novamente, é uma boa caminhada e com subidas bem íngreme. Mas tem shopping perto, mercadinhos (embora o do shopping seja o mais barato ainda) tem hortfruit perto, e tem bastante morador de rua a noite (mas em momento algum me senti ameaçada por algum deles mesmo voltando pro hotel depois das 00 horas) A pia do banheiro vivia entupida, e a agua quente do chuveiro demorava um tanto pra esquentar, então muitas vezes foi banho frio mesmo. Senti falta de um escorredor na cozinha tambem. Mas fora tudo isso, a cama é bem confortavel, pra duas pessoas o espaço é okay, e o frigobar congela mesmo kkkkkkk todos da portaria sempre foram cordiais com a gente e é isso, tivemos uma experiência "okay".

It was an okay experience. I really loved the view from the 21st floor. Staff was nice. Communicate with them via Whatsapp. Wifi didn’t work, only one toilet roll, cleanliness was about a 8/10. Great stay for 4 days solo trip. In order to enter the building you have to ring the doorbell and staff lets you in. Once you are at the door of the room you will be staying in, you will see that it is code locked. The device speaks in Chinese for some reason so hard to understand instructions. But this is how you open it: you place your hand on the knob, then turn the knob upwards, down. If screen is not immediately displayed, press on screen. And then type in password.
