Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Excelentes acomodações. Quarto muito limpo e organizado. A localização também é excelente, ficando bem em frente ao metrô da consolação. Supermercados e shoppings próximos, além de restaurante no térreo. O local possui bagageiro, e os funcionários são solícitos. Absolutamente nenhuma reclamação.

Excelente localização, em frente a entrada para metrô consoloção. Muita simpatia e cordialidaed na recepção como também no serviço de estacionamento (terceirzado). Por ser inverno e a temperatura ter caído, notamos correntes de ar através das janelas, com isso quem dorme na cama ao lado da janela sente um certo frio. Ou talvez mudar a disposição das camas.
