Quarto muito limpo e confortável, recepção adorável. Porém, foi difícil achar o Hotel, endereço no email estava errado, falava que era no shopping, mas o número não era o mesmo. Era mais fácil colocar nas especificações que era no Quito andar do shopping. Não teria problemas.

A acomodação é fiel às imagens, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhores. Não tem panelas no apartamento, apesar de ter um fogão por indução, não custaria nada oferecer um jogo simples de panela. Outro ponto foi que a torneira da pia da cozinha simplesmente parou de sair água durante um tempo e depois voltou com o que parecia ser ar no encanamento. Por fim, a recepção é bem barulhenta e o apartamento não tem bom isolamento acústico. Esses pontos precisam ser melhorados de alguma forma.

Hotel em obras e tinha muito barulho o tempo todo inclusive a noite. Faltou água fria pro banho e ficava impossível de tomar banho com a água fervendo, faltou energia e ficamos sem elevador por 2 dias.

Quarto exatamente como a foto. Muito bom! Limpo, organizado, muito pontual, adorei. O bairro Brás fica no no centro de São Paulo, logo se for se hospedar, entenda que é um local não tão turístico. Existem muitos ambulantes nas ruas e tem que ter cuidado. Não fui assaltado nem nada, mas achei pertinente comentar.

Hotel dentro de shopping
Oii sempre fico hospedada na região e foi a primeira vez que eu fiquei neste hotel / flat. Eu gostei das acomodações porém como é dentro do shopping entenda isso a logística é diferente! Não tem janelas, os quartos são compactos, possui 2 elevadores mas se o shopping estiver lotado espere longas filas para o acesso. Não tem nada absolutamente nada perto a noite para fazer as refeições. Quem conhece o Brás sabe que as coisas fecham muito cedo. Isso acontece com os locais de comer tbm. Para comer tem que sair ou pedir ifood. Não tem nem água pra comprar dentro do shopping à noite. Gostei da hospedagem, ficaria novamente mas sempre com essa ressalva!
