Excelente localização. Colado mesmo no metro, perto da Paulista e de ótimos restaurantes. Meu ap. 801 subia um cheiro ruim do banheiro ora ou outra. De madrugada tava bem desagradável.

Faltou capricho em alguns detalhes. A janela vibra e deixa passar muito barulho. Fizeram alguns reparos na parede, mas não foram bem feitos, tem o aspecto feito. O móvel da pia estava quase caindo. E poderiam conectar a TV na internet. No mais, o prédio é muito bem localizado e facilita muito o transporte.

Prática localização, ao lado saída do metro. Estudio pequeño con uma compacta cozinha e um bom banheiro. Freqüencia popular. Ruído de música que vem de algum local noturno vizinho e ruído constante da Av. Consolação.
