O apartamento é novo e bem confortável, ótimo para um casal. Tivemos dificuldade com o reconhecimento facial para acessar e deixar o prédio, mas como sempre havia alguém na portaria, mesmo de madrugada, não tivemos grandes problemas com isso. As fotos são fiéis ao local.

Pontos positivos: bairro bom, condomínio bom com piscina, churrasqueira, e apartamento bom tb! Pontos negativos: toda vez para sair e entrar no condomínio precisa ligar na portaria, fica tempo do lado de fora, as vezes não chama, e no apartamento não tem ducha higiênica. Obs: sem café da manhã.

Alguns pontos para observar, o que mais pesou: sem estacionamento. Para extra Sanitos de lixo a mais, porta do box precisa fazer revisão, sachê de adoçante ou açúcar para tomar o café e guardanapo. Lembrando que é apenas por comodidade, mas o espaço é excelente e o pessoal do zeladoria maravilhosos

Achei uma estadia razoável com pontos positivos e alguns a melhorar. Os pontos positivos são a localização, que é de fácil acesso a diversos lugares centrais, como também gostei bastante dos lençóis e travesseiros que são bem confortáveis. Existem pratos, talheres e panelas, cafeteira e já deixam 2 cápsulas de brinde. Achei isso bem legal. Porém, existem pontos a melhorar. Inicialmente a comunicação com o anfitrião é automática pelo WhatsApp, o que dificulta bastante a comunicação. Como também para entrarmos no condomínio, embora já tivéssemos enviado nossas fotos e documentação, precisávamos sempre que queríamos entrar e sair, era necessário a identificação pra sermos liberados. No apartamento achei que precisa ser usado um difusor pra melhorar o cheiro doambiente, pois saia do ralo um odor bem desagradável. Outro ponto, foi o edredom que estava sujo e manchado, como também o sofá. Tirando, isso foi uma boa estadia
