The check-in online process was a mess to get through, and even though we liked the property we’d probably avoid it in future because of that. The face recognition to enter the building felt invasive and often didn’t work. There’s no key to the rooms - it’s a long code that must be entered each time. Even to use the washer one had to download an app. Put simply, too much unnecessary tech. Rooms are small -double beds only but the tiny kitchenette was appreciated. Could use a tea towel in the kitchen. No facial tissues.

Bom hotel, limpeza boa. Só as comunicações que demoram um pouco porque , o que se tem de perguntar deve ser feito somente por zap, ai demora um pouquinho. Única coisa que não gostei foi que fiquei num andar baixo e estava rolando uma festa no salão de festas … o que foi um incômodo , pois estava muito cansada da viagem , queria dormir cedo e não consegui. 😥
