The apartments were nice but unfortunately their listing on Expedia.com is messed up. Stayed several weeks but were forced to move because the listing and pics made me rebook the wrong room. Very disturbing that I couldn’t just stay where I was. They were not very nice about this either. I won’t be back.

This property forced us to change rooms insisting that despite me using the same link and photos on Expedia.com that they could not extend our stay. Had to pack up and move to another room. They need to fix their Expedia pages. It took nearly two hours on WhatsApp with them to get access to the new room to not be out on the street.

O prédio é novo, possui bom custo benefício. Quando cheguei o edredon estava sujo mas foi trocado quando solicitei e a lâmpada do banheiro queimou depois de uns 2 dias da minha estadia mas foi resolvido rapidamente. Possui tudo que precisa sem luxo mas pelo preço está ótimo

Segurança precisa melhorar ,estrutura nota 10
Apartamento excelente ,algumas dificuldades para o checkin no app ,e ao chegar tem colaboradores porém um pouco desinformados gerando risco para segurança pois abrem o portao sem ter certeza se realmente estamos hospedados. No geral fácil acesso ao metrô ,a lanchonetes tudo próximo apt incrível tudo novo ,limpo e organizado . .

Ótima estadia
Local novo, bem mobiliado, organizado e limpo, todos itens funcionando. Conseguimos dormir bem tranquilos, local com pouco barulho, dependendo do horario um pouco de barulho de transito, mas nada que impedisse de descansar. Localização boa, cerca 10 minutos andando da estação de metro mais proxima e 5 minutos da estação de onibus.
