The hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable as well as modern. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was Impressive (I got it included). The subway station is close by and there are a lot of dining options in that area.

Located on a very busy and congested avenue. Modern, refurbished and clean rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast. Internet was not stable and it proved difficult to work. Also didn’t appreciate the fact that mini bars are empty and every time you need something you need to go to reception to get it (water, snacks,etc). Overall average stay.

O hotel é super bem localizado, perto de uma das principais linha do Metrô, a menos de duas quadras. Atendimento bom, cama gostosa, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, parecia que o quarto não tinha sido limpo, banheiro com cabelo na pia, no chão e no batente da porta do banheiro estava sujo de café ou Coca Cola, como se alguém tivesse derramado café no batente da porta e nunca foi limpo. No primeiro dia só arrumaram a cama, NADA MAIS. O chão estava sujo, a mesa que fica abaixo da televisão tinha melado de refrigerante ou suco derramado que tbm não foi limpo antes do check in e nem depois. Infelizmente a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar.

The lobby staff were okay an decent but did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. When first arrived all exhausted from the flight the lady at the lobby asks for the name of the reservation, looks confused and tell me that it’s an Airbnb next door, without checking for the confirmation number or going the extra mile to make sure I was at the right place. After going to the other location and going back and forth, I had to tell her that no I was at the right place and then she ask me for confirmation#… after the fact. Every time you would be at the lobby they were no greeting from the lobby staff or no smile, just felt very cold. These things are very small but it makes an impact on how welcomed you feel at the place.
