Cheguei no hotel, não achavam minha reserva. Descobrimos que o anúncio do hotéis.com, o flat era de terceiros! As informações da minha reserva nunca foi enviado para recepção! Resumo, as 22:30 quando fui fazer check in, fiquei sem quarto! Tive que pagar tarifa balcão para ter onde dormir!
