The breakfast was excellent! There is a long pool with swimming lanes, really nice! There are lots of good restaurants, groceries and bakeries around!

The hotel is located in a nice area of the city. The hotel is wellcoming, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful of goodies. It was a pleasant stay!

Great hotel, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. Great gym with all you need to keep up with your workouts. Pool was great too even for laps. Breakfast was great with bacon, eggs, tons of fruits, and cook to order omelets and tapiocas. Thursday mornings they close the street in front for a farmers market and you must try the pastel there! Great for people working remotely as they have a coffee shop right in front of the hotel as well.

Nice low-key option in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good with plenty of hot-cold choices. Pool is okay. Rooms could stand a renovation, but they are decent and clean. Would stay again.

Over the years and Express Check-out
I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 5 years but I have noticed a decrease in room quality, such as old furniture, issues with window opening, toilets that clog easily, loose handles and bad fixtures. However, it is still very comfortable and you can't beat the location. One important recommendation: If your check-out is during the weekend or if you are in a rush, don't forget to ask for express check-out so you can leave the hotel just by dropping your key in a box instead of being in a very long queue and risk missing your transportation or being late for whatever is next in your trip (especially keeping Sao Paulo's unpredictable traffic in mind). You won't be able to get express check-out if you don't sign up for it during check-in.
