The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Só tivemos que solicitar ajuda pois nossa porta não estava trancando . Rapaz responsável nos ajudou e nos passou que a porta por estar mais usada precisava fechá-la com força. Acredito que isso atrapalhe um pouco para dormimos . Pois todo andar as pessoas precisavam forçar a batida para que a porta trancasse. De resto o hotel nos atendeu no que precisávamos como sempre

Eu gosto deste hotel por causa da localização, e excelente. Mas para minha surpresa o atendimento no checkin deixou muito à desejar, atendimento ruim. Quero salientar que sempre foi bom, mas dessa vez não gostei, já os meninos do maleiro são excelentes, assim como o café da manhã.

Infelizmente o quarto estava com box do banheiro quebrado, chuveiro estava com vazamento, tampa do vazo sanitário quebrado e o frigobar com cheiro de cerveja !! Infelizmente os funcionários estão dando prejuízo para o dono do hotel pois ngm quer saber de fazer o serviço e Sim ganhar o salário e o único que atendeu bem foi o atendente do estacionamento uma pessoa educada e que deu todas as orientações de como funcionava o estacionamento pago

Hotel bem localizado para quem faz compra no Brás. Preço da hospedagem alto pelo que oferece, a não ser a localização. Precisa melhorar o controle dos elevadores do hotel, pois no horário de pique alguns usuários dos ônibus de excursão que não estão hospedados utilizam esses elevadores que são exclusivos para hóspedes.
