Minha escolha do hotel é por questão de praticidade, localização e logística. Atendimento da recepção é (não de todos, mas da grande maioria) dos funcionários da recepção é PÉSSIMO, não escutam os clientes, nos tratam como se nao tivéssemos pagando e falta de respeito com prioridade.

Reservei pelo hotel.com la especificava que dividiam.no cartão, a recepção nao quis dividir. Quase R$ 1.600,00 Banheiro estava com vazamento na ducha higiênica. A tampa do vaso estava suja com sangue menstrual. Estava nítido que a limpeza nao foi feita da forma correta, esfregando usando agua e sabão. Apenas passsram pano e o sangue ficou visível. Cafe da manhã a desejar. Ap 623

Custo benefício muito bom, só deixou a desejar com a limpesa do quarto, solicitamos foi feita mas ficou igual ao que estava, sujo! Acabamos passando o tapete de banheiro molhado no chão para retirada da poeira porque não sinto bem com chão sujo!

Atendimento excelente, acomodação boa, só a cama que fazia barulho quando se virava de lado. Café da manhã gostoso, comparando com alguns da região no geral é muito bom. Só tem melhorar um pouco a internet que estava lenta para trabalhar.

Meu esposo reservou o quarto para 4 pessoas ( casal e duas crianças)pelo site indicação da Livelo, quarto para família, no site informava 1 cama de casal, e duas solteiros. Foto do quarto com mobília bonita. Chegamos ao local, e ao subir o elevador deu pane. Não tinha escadas( estavam fechadas). Meu filho de 6 anos entrou em desespero. Chegando ao quarto, chão super sujo, tinha cabelos, pelos e muita sujeira. Não havia janela no quarto. Quente, abafado e cheirando mal com 3 camas de solteiro . Sendo que a reserva era 1 cama de casal e duas de solteiro. A recepção avisou que podíamos juntar as camas, meus filhos e eu sofremos de renite, asma, não poderíamos ficar num quarto sem janela( além de ser claustrofóbico) mudaram nós de quarto. Um pouco melhor. Mas o box vazava , chuveiro não esquentava, continuou 3 camas e três travesseiros, tivemos que juntar as 3 camas de solteiro para podermos dormir em 4 pessoas. Chão sujo. Em baixo das camas muito pó, formando bolinhas de algodão de tanta sujeira. Tinha tickets de compra do mês 7 no chão de baixo das camas. Banheiro cheio de pelos no vaso tampa e chão. Pelo valor pago de por uma noite achei que poderia ser um pouco mais limpo.
