It is a quiet place with nothing much going on around the area. The room is clean and neat. The front desk's English is not that good compared to other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel to stay

Good infra but bad service
The overall experience was bad. The infrastructure is great! All clean and comfortable. The gym shown in the pictures is not exclusive and after working hours is really crowded!! The breakfast did not have eggs even though I asked for (they said they had a technical problem that would not allow them to prepare the eggs). Considering the two points that caught my attention were the gym and the breakfast I am really disappointed with my experience there.

Great location, updated property, nice clean room, great breakfast, and updated property. I can forget to mention the staff, especially the gentleman that takes care of the breakfast. The only problem was that I arrived in the US early and on the morning long flight, I asked for early check-in as I always do when I stay in Sao Paulo and was 3 hours before the check-in and they told them they couldn't help me with the early check unless I pay one fee. Unfortunately, they could me help even as a gold Expedia customer. I will be back for sure.

Já me hospedei diversas vezes e vou continuar dando preferência para esse hotel. Mas, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Croissants estavam com qualidade bem abaixo do padrão, haviam poucas atendentes abastecendo a o buffet e limpando as mesas, bolos muito secos. Enfim, o padrão do hotel costuma ser bem melhor.
