Quarto estava sujo. Ar condicionado pingando água. Cama de mola super desconfortável. Roupas de cama não estava limpa. A localização é ótima, foi o que fez valer a pena.

Es bueno, está limpio y el personal es muy amable. La ubicación es buena si vas a Brás, está muy bien ubicado para ese motivo.

Hotel com baratas no quarto é pra acabar!

Já nos hospedamos nesse hotel uma vez e ficamos muito satisfeitos mas dessa vez, misericórdia! O hotel está em reforma e não há nenhuma placa na recepção sinalizando aos clientes, além disso encontramos duas baratas no quarto, uma em cima da cama e outra dentro de uma das sacolas da minha esposa. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e o rapaz da recepção ficou de olhar se tinha um quarto disponível e retornar, aguardamos um bom tempo e nada, até que minha esposa teve que telefonar na recepção novamente pra cobrar em qual quarto ficaríamos. Sinceramente, foi a última vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel.

Um lugar que não tinha água para tomar, faltou a energia, não tinhamos como tomar banho. Não tem freegobar, não oferece caté da manhã, quarto minúsculo e desconfortável.

A localização é ótima, o quarto é pequeno, mais quem vai só pra fazer compras vai usar o quarto só pra dormir, poderia ter bancada pra mala, o banheiro é espaçoso o chuveiro é ótimo. A loja em frente atrapalha o sono com a gravação fazendo propaganda logo cedo
