The hotel is amazing - with one caveat. The decor and design is modern and clean. The food is great and the facilities are numerous. The only problem I had was the confusing decision of the management to charge us a HUGE SUM for accidentally breaking a decorative piece. It was completely an accident and any other hotel wouldn't even charge for it, nevermind asking for an amount similar to the cost of a night in one of the biggest rooms. That's not good service and it bothers me days later.

Food was great. Facilities good. Spa amazing. However we could not get much help from hotel personnel to find cars or go around the city. Also house keeping weren’t meticulous with cleaning and tidying. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Alles wunderbar ausser Vitamin bar ist nie ein Personal vorort, mussten immer wieder lange warten bis Jemand uns bedient. Es steht zwar einen Telefon zur Verfügung um anzurufen dass Jemand kommt aber ist ausser Betrieb gewesen. Turkish Hamman aufjedenfall zu empfehlen bei Alive Spa.

Otel son derece rahat ve temiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililer, ayrıca otelin içinden odanızın bulunduğu kattan spa, kapalı havuz, sauna ve hamama rahatlıkla gidebiliyorsunuz, otelin etrafı yemyeşil yürüyüş alanının doğal güzelliği çok çok güzel.
