Great hotel with excellent service
The hotel was in the great condition, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious. Toilets are clean and tidy. However during my stay, I would like to highlight 2 things that need attention from the hotel. First is the carpet condition which is uneven near to the bathroom door. Second is the bathroom smells like a dump/old furniture. Other than these, I would say perfect.

The rooms are quite old, but well maintained and clean. The best part of the hotel is the underground connection to all of the neighboring train stations and shops. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great location connecting to Sapporo JR convenience for airport and underground walkway. Hotel need to give clear instructions on how to get from Sapporo station via the underground. Overall the hotel is best.

If this hotel has laundromat service and public microwave to be used by hotel guests, I will give it 5 stars. Currently, the hotel has no microwave and provides laundry service to hotel guests, but the prices are ridiculously high.

Fine hotel with great Breakfast Buffet
A rather staid Hotel right in the center of Sapporo, rolling distance via underground passage from the main station. We stayed twice, receiving the same room both times despite one being "standard" and the other "premium". Actually a rather dated but not uncomfortable snug room with a tiny but immaculate and well laid out bathroom. A big plus was the book-ahead price and the FABULOUS breakfast buffet, loaded with Hokkaido specialties.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy walking to many sites, shoppings, and restaurants. We have three people in the room and the arrangement made for us is very well laid out with three large twin beds and a sitting area. The room is clean with all the amenities provided.
