エスコンを味わえるホテル
球場の見えるホテルなだけあり朝に昼に夜に楽しめた。また大浴場からの景色も良かった。宿泊者専用の駐車スペースがあるのでレンタカーで行くのがベストかと。

新しい設備なのでとても快適であったし、環境面にも配慮され、徹底されていたことに大変感心した。 温泉とサウナはとても寛いだ時間を過ごす事が出来、普段と異なる時間を過ごす事が出来、大変貴重な体験であった。

ホテルではなく部屋貸し業　おもてなしよりハードを楽しむ
歓迎されなかった。 本サイトで予約をして チェックインは13:00と記されていたが、 行ったら15:00と言われた。 別の男の人が出て来て にこりともせず、チェックイン時間が行き違ったことの説明をするでもなく、チェックインのQRコード読み取りの前に 参照番号なるものの入力を指示された。 受け取った覚えがないと言うと 自分のメールの検索を求められた。 送信元はどこですか？と聞いたらなんの説明もなく じゃあ入りませんのでこちらからと 結局チェックイン出来たが、 参照番号はなんだったか未だ気になっている。 部屋や設備は素敵だが 人のおもてなしのない 部屋貸し業だった。 地元北広島在住で期待して行ったが、 とても残念な気持ちであった。

シーズン中はなかなか泊まることができないなと思っていたのですが、シーズンオフで手頃な金額で宿泊できてよかったです。モール温泉もゆっくりできてとてもリラックスできました。朝日がとても綺麗で北広島の町が一望できてとてもよかったです。チェックインの際には慣れない手続きでスムーズにいきませんでしたが、スタッフの方が親切に教えてくれてありがたかったです。

シーズンオフに宿泊しました。テーマパークのようで飽きずに過ごすことができました。 食事は、球場内のお店で食べました。バラエティに富んでいておいしかったです。オフ日なので、空いていない店があるのは残念ですが、十分楽しめました。 お風呂は貸切状態でした。ゆっくり温まることができ、清潔感もあって最高でした。 駐車場や朝食の件など、ホームページを見てもわからないことがあり、少々迷いました。でもメールで質問すると、とても丁寧に答えてくれました。わからないことは、迷わず聞くことをオススメします。 野球好きの息子（小2）が大満足したホテルでした。
