Both can be heated for your use with additional charge.Big pool 10 feed deep, Restaurants and grocery stores close by. 5.1 miles to down town Sarasota. The area is so Quiet in the morning you can hear the birds singing. 2 miles from her is the Legacy Trail a 25 miles Bicycle Path Walking Trail. You have full privacy, but I am still living next door to you. when my guest are not using the pool, I am maybe will use the pool by myself but only when it’s empty.

A nice little studio close to the beach
I had a business trip and wanted to have access to the beach in my free time. It was a good location close to many amenities and the beach, small but with all necessities included. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels. The house had a nice swimming pool and a huge yard to enjoy coffee. I will stay again.

Our stay was amazing. The place is clean and comfy, and everything we needed was available. I highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Siggy is very friendly and told us if we needed anything to just knock on his door and he would help us out!

Small, nicely appointed
The studio is very small, about the size of a hotel room. That said, it has a full kitchen minus a dishwasher, a full bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, an adjustable queen-sized bed and use of the owner’s pool. Additionally there is a large smart tv and off street parking outside the unit. We only saw the owner once, and I believe he takes great care to be unobtrusive. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

The studio is in a quiet neighborhood close to Siesta Key beach. It is attached to the owners home. You have the use of the pool and hot tub also access to the laundry room. There is a new mattress in the apartment which was very comfortable. The owner is very responsive to any needs.

Perfect property for our needs
Came into town for a few days. It was the perfect location for getting around to the things that we wanted to do and see. Owner was easily contacted and the property was exactly as listed. Highly recommend this place in Sarasota and if we come back, it will be where we stay!

The property is centrally located for beaches, sightseeing and shopping. The studio was well equipped with everything necessary for cooking and having access to the washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. The host was very gracious and made us feel very welcome. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it looked very inviting. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great little place
My husband and I had a nice time. The hosts were great. The kitchen was well equipped with what I needed. The pool was always nice to go to also. Close enough to the beaches. If it wasn’t for the traffic it would only take about 10 minutes or so to get there.

It’s a great location thats close to several different beaches . The unit was very nice with everything you needed. It had a beautiful shower . We thought we were going to use the pool and hot tub but we were to busy going to the beaches to find time to use it. We are planning on going back next year and staying at the unit . We stayed there for 15 days.

Oasis near the legacy trail
Siggy's place is a great place to stay. Close enough to the major beaches. Nestled in a nice neighborhood with a great pool. There is a fine restaurant named Stellas nearby also.
