Maid service:
Biweekly Maid service is a valued amenity for guests staying longer than a week. However, VRBO’s system allows for only one final cleaning charge upfront, making it impossible to include biweekly cleaning fees in the initial quote for extended stays. Therefore, the cleaning charge will not be reflected in your booking price.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a payment request via VRBO, sent to your email. For stays under two weeks, the cleaning fee is $165. For stays longer than two weeks, the charge is $165 for every two weeks, with the last two-week period calculated as a full two weeks if it stays exceeds one week.

Maid service includes: washing sheets & towels, cleaning Kitchens and the entire bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, taking out the garbage, and restocking supplies for the following two weeks. Restocked supplies include toilet paper, liquid and bar soap, shampoo, and trash can liners.
