The North Broadway neighborhood is the home of Skidmore College and the grand mansions of Saratoga, while we are just a quick walk downtown (6 minutes to Mrs. London's Cafe, 10 minutes to the Adelphi Hotel).
The second-floor apartment features a wonderful porch with rocking chairs, two bedrooms; two full bathrooms, both complete with walk-in closets; a study complete with a desk, sofa, and wide-screen TV; a cozy living room space with a large TV; dining nook with seating for 4; a full kitchen with all new appliances including a Keurig and French press. All furniture, bedding, towels, appliances, and accessories have been purchased new in the past 6 months. A professional cleaning service thoroughly cleans the home following our detailed instructions to ensure the space is pristine for your visit.
There is plenty of street parking that is free, although cars must be moved to alternating sides of the street before 8 AM every morning to avoid a ticket. There is also a garage .2 miles away at 65 Woodlawn Ave if you'd like to avoid moving your car.
We are located in downtown Saratoga in the North Broadway neighborhood, which encompasses most of the architecturally significant homes of Saratoga. While just minutes from the bars, restaurants, shops, and attractions of Saratoga, we are on a quiet residential street away from any noise. We are also located just a 5 minute walk to the Skidmore campus.
You won't need to worry about driving at all during your stay—everything you'll need is in walking distance of the property. The track is 1.2 miles (25 minute walk or $11 average Uber) from our front door. Uber is also easy to come by in Saratoga Springs if you need to go a further distance.
