The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Sare, this charming house of lime pit foot, of a surface of 165 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you !

The accommodation, accessible by an external staircase, is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A living room of 40 m² with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen, open on a dining room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedoom 3 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (120x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A west facing balcony 8 meters long and 1.20 meters wide.
- A small unfenced area is available near the private parking where you will have access to a plancha and an outdoor dining area.

The house is ideally located in Sare, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, with a view on the mountain. You will be located about 4 kilometers from the Spanish border. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :

- Sheets and towels can be provided on request through our local partner. Please ask before your arrival.
- The fireplace is decorative.
- Animals are not allowed in the house.
- Basement of the house is not accessible.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
