We have been staying at the Quality Inn for a night every year for 5 years on our way to the USA for Thanksgiving. This year, I was dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room. The flooring was sticky to walk on, and didn't look like it had been swept, I noticed a sour smell when you walked in the room which I found out was a sour smelling shower curtain. There was leftover fruit in the fridge which looked like it had been there for a few days.

could be much better
I've stayed at this chain a few times and it's hit or miss. This time was a miss by a mile. The things in the room were good enough, and the breakfast was decent but most importantly , the heat in the room wasn't working and it made a loud humming sound. Like a train in the distance that never arrives. I asked to change rooms , but was told there weren't any available because "housekeeping wasn't in that day ." I was provided with an extra blanket and a space heater that sounded like a small boat engine , totally unusable if sleeping was what one had in mind. Normally I wouldn't bother to give a hotel a bad review because things happen, but in this case if you look through the reviews guests have already brought the issue with the heat exchanger to the attention of management and they promise to fix it but clearly it's not important to them. This hotel really should not be operating until they are prepared to provide heated accommodations. Talk is cheap Quality Inn. Fix your heat exchanger for good!

This is a good choice because the beds were comfortable, the host was gracious, friendly and efficient. Not to mention hard working. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was clean and inviting. There is limited parking because of the siz e of the property. There is no elevator and very few service staff. Short term stay for the budget conscious? Perfect.

Fantastic restaurant on site. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable.

Worst stay on a week long Vacation.
The room was a terrible location at the Property. It was completely unsafe and unsecure given there was NO latch plate on our entry door!!!! The front desk asked us after check-in was room ok, there was a volume issue on phone so i basically just got off phone. When we headed out to dinner that is when we noticed the issue. I tried to talk to front desk saying we'd talk to her when back. We came back not a soul around. We basically stuffed a wooden hanger under the door for SOME peace of mind!!!! Even this review page wont let me add the photo i took of our disgusting door frame!!!!!
