Brought my dad to Saskatoon for surgery and decided to stay at Comfort Inn. When we arrived we waited several minutes for someone to come to the front desk. After about fifteen minutes, there was six five people in the lobby and no workers in sight. We got up to our room to find only one towel left for us, even though I booked for two people. We also found a Vitamin water left in the room from the people before us. We’ve stayed here several times before and this is the first time we’ve had any issues.

I needed access to the building using crutches so couldn’t climb the stairs to the lobby. Even though we asked they never volunteered that there was an entry that I could use.

The bath was dirty and not cleaned properly. Found the grease on the side of bath. The room was not cleaned as hotel room must be. Instead, when leaving had the feelings getting sick. Asked customer service change it, our inquiry rejected. But rooms were available on the same floor. Restaurant did not provided pancakes at all. Limited eggs amount, no cheese, just processed. Laundry availabe for cash. Price originally lusted 109cad, but charges 124cad, which was disappointed even more. Hotel does not have elevator. No pool, sauna. It was poor choice, We claim money back as originally price was listed for 109cad. On Expedia. More then that, cleanness was poor.

Dirty room, heat did not work, and the front desk couldn’t help. No towels, had to ask and wasn’t provided bath mat or hand towels. Staff was extremely rude and was told by Charlene at the front desk that she needed to charge extra 20$/night because I was on the ground floor. Will never waste my money on a comfort inn.

I like that they have a full breakfast offered in the morning, though I had to wait about 20 minutes for the eggs on the first morning and I wish they had some bacon instead of just breakfast sausage. Breakfast sausage is fine but I prefer bacon. I think they used to serve bacon and breakfast sausage, along with a host of other breakfast options.

Crappy Hotel.
Bags of garbage in stair wells smelt. Main door windows were so dirty you could not see out of them. Not much to choose from for Breakfast. Staff was not very friendly.

One wash cloth and a hand towel for 2 people asked for some they said there was none, only decaf coffee in the room no creamer at the coffee in the lobby either, tripped on a cord that was running a fan in the hallway the shampoo bottle kept falling off in the shower. Breakfast was ok
