My biggest complaint is no snow removal around the property. Heard our neighbour's TV all night.

Breakfast area was quite dirty, waffle mix was lumpy and unusable waffle iron was filthy. Milk was sour for cereal. Wifi was turned off every morning and a new password was needed, very inconvenient. Would not recommend hotel to anyone

The staff at breakfast area was nice . The thing we dont like after checking in, our bedroom was dirty and smelly there was no pillowcases in one of the beds, pillows stinks and the washroom was not clean, toilet bowl still got tissues in it.after a long day staying at the hospital for my husband's surgery I came back to the hotel with a dirty room, they never clean the or change the towels that we used for the day.

It was good , service was a friendly atmosphere!! Breakfast was good ! Stayed here once before . But one concern is the stairs and no elevator or lift for the handicapped that can't do stairs.
