Decent stay
I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and fairly clean. The pool was out of towels but I was staying on Christmas Day and there were signs that mentioned they would not have extra staff or housekeeping services due to Christmas. That’s totally fair. It was busy with lots of families. My complaint is that there was not enough food at breakfast. There were at least 7 people ahead of me waiting for hot food to be replenished and they were needing it for multiple people. Guests repeatedly kept asking if there would be more of everything coming out. The only thing replenished while I waited was sausages but there were no egg patties, hash browns, bacon. All the yogurt was gone. No dishes clean or cutlery. I finally gave up waiting and went without. It was 9:30. Breakfast ended at 10. This was very disappointing as one of the reasons I booked this hotel was so that I could have a free breakfast included.
