Maritim and elegant! This small, exclusive 2-bedroom apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a car park, just outside the house. The bright living room offers access to the sun terrace. This invites you to sit outside and relax in spring and summer. Entertainment is provided! In the living room there is a TV (LCD flat screen) as well as a stereo and a DVD player. A cozy sofa invites you to read and rest!The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double box spring bed for your comfort. A separate exclusive fitted kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, coffee machine, coffee / espresso machine, toaster and water cooker. The apartment also has a shower room with WC and hairdryer. Also available: ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner (in the apartment), washing machine and dryer (in a separate cellar). For sports adventures, two ladies' bicycles are available in the bicycle storage room. Bicycles brought along can also be safely parked there. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber
Wohnung tipptopp, super Betten. Nur die Toilette gehört ausgetauscht. Der Anblick ist unschön. Der Uringeruch ging nur mit täglichem säubern mit Chlorreiniger weg.
