(Please Read Before Booking: There are two separate construction projects taking place. Our pool and beach access are currently closed until further notice and undergoing a complete restoration. There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning May, 2024 to the end of 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. The sprinkler system has been installed in unit 606, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project. If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status and understand your rates have been updated to reflect these amenity closures.)

The Sandpiper Tower complex is delightfully situated on the uncrowded shores of Satellite Beach. While this seaside escape condo is tastefully decorated, the kitchen and furnishings depict a midcentury modern vibe when space exploration was just getting off the ground. This complex is close enough to Kennedy Space Center that you can see the SpaceX rocket launches from your private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you'll need when you decide to dine in, large smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi throughout the condo, and two full bathrooms to pair with the two bedrooms - both of which have views of the ocean.
A favorite among Floridians, Satellite Beach is a quaint and peaceful community between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. You'll be within walking distance of Skyview Plaza, a variety of dining options, and a Publix Supermarket just down the street. Visit Seagull Park a few blocks away, spend an afternoon at the Manatee Cove Golf Course, or explore the Brevard Zoo with the whole family. At Anchorage Boat Rentals, you can rent a pontoon boat or another craft to cruise along the Indian and Banana Rivers. Or, venture to the Manatee Sanctuary Park up the coast for an up-close look at magnificent marine animals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
