Whoever designed this facility should get an award. Best lighting we have ever encountered. Every single feature was well thought out. The hotel staff was great. A special shout-out to the breakfast staff. Super good food selection, preparation and cleanliness. Grade A facility.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Well, it is not brand new, it feels very fresh and clean and certainly has a somewhat new feel to it. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms I have had during my visits include a large walk-in shower stall with sliding glass doors, which is much better than showering in a bathtub and my opinion. It is an outstanding value for the price.

The hotel itself and the workers were very good but there is a problem with your billing. I reserved the rooms through Hotels.com and the bill itself was the amount I signed up for but the charge to my VISA was much higher. The hotel bill was $131.57 but the amount charged to my VISA was $156.57. Why ????

Motel is new so you would expect it to be clean. No one told me about the $25 charge that was added if my payment method was rejected. Pricey for just a night’s sleep!

The man at the front desk was extremely helpful in a proactive way, offering all kinds of useful information and assistance with friendliness and attention to our needs. He was the model of welcoming hospitality and customer service. The property is new, clean, comfortable and everything works great at a good price. Even though it is on a busy street, the shades block the light and the road noise is hardly noticeable. I really appreciated having both soft and firm pillows, too.

Hotel is new and very clean. There was only 1 working ice machine to 4 floors. They also installed new TV remotes that were so complicated, they had to give you directions. No channel buttons and guide doesn’t work. Front desk staff had to come in and figure out how to operate the damn thing.
