We stayed 3 nights, nobody cleaned our room. Made complaint abount it. Was told later that we had not sign up at front desk. We didn't know. First night electricity went out for 7hrs. No lights back up in the hallways. Customers had to use flash lights. We should somehow get some comps Terrible experience! Would not recommend!3

Our room was clean. Lots of clean towels. Breakfast was okay, could have been a little hotter and more waffle mix in the dispenser. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needs an update on the interior. Looks like it was started years ago and not finished.

Times are tough

The Staff were Great but the Hotel is tired and needs renovation. Many of the Hotels in Sault Ste. Marie are used for Government Assistance.

I liked that it wasn’t too far to travel for events I didn’t like that the shower had mold and mildew all around the base both inside and outside. The carpet had several stains that probably would have come out if shampoed! I did like the breakfast bar, there were several selections to choose from. The house keeping was only available on request however, the maid never checked on us not even once.

Two night stay

We stayed for two nights. The first night was great but the second night was a disappointment. Breakfast the first morning was the best we have had in a hotel. The second morning, they were running out of items when we got there, including coffee cups, types of bread, etc. Everything in the room was fine the first night but on the second night, the tank on the toilet overflowed every time we flushed the toilet.
