Second time was a flop! Bugs!
This is the second stay at this property. First time was more than adequate but this time was awful. Opted for the "better" room type this time but it was so much worse. No window in room #1223 and a middle of the night cockroach find. Gross! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating with guests. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is that the customer service was great! The front desk staff was very welcoming and eager to help. The hotel room itself is very old, the washroom is old, and the rug on the floor was not clean.
