15 minute drive to Newport. Take a day paddle down Narrow River to Narraganset state beach or hop in the car and the town beach is only a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute drive to the popular Scarborough Beach!

Melissa was nice
Both the microwave and stove were inoperable and the owner was aware of it. I think she was hoping we wouldn’t notice. The oven was filthy and the vents flaps from the split heater/air conditioner has mold. I was misled about sleeping accommodations also. Mark Hoffman

Perfect Little Beach Cottage
For my first family weekend as a parent with a child at URI, I didn’t realize how quickly things book. I’m glad they did, because I then had to look for a place to stay besides a hotel. This quaint, clean, beautifully decorated house was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. It was 10-15 minutes away from the school, and close to really awesome restaurants. It was so comfy cozy, and again clean which means the world to me. It was a rainy weekend, so we couldn’t enjoy the beach, literally at the corner of the block, is the entrance to the beach. I will definitely be planning future stays at this perfect cottage. Also, it was just so easy, the owner got back to me right away. And working the tv, and the air conditioning unit was just so simple. So thankful for finding this hidden gem!

Lovely clean, pretty home with nice kitchen and all amenities. Wifi worked well as did the smart TV.
Check in/ out was 4:30pm/ 10:30 am- pushing back the usual amount of stay time. Houses in neighborhood are very close together, small yard, not much feeling of privacy. Bed was cozy, linens crisp but the only closet was filled with linens and bedding- no place to put your clothes. Great shower/ washer- dryer.

Beauty decor and super clean
The renter was very helpful and as stated above, beautiful decor and very clean. I didn’t understand how small it was. Not even space for a dresser to unpack and the only bed was a double which wasn’t large enough for my husband and I. Neighborhood was just okay.
