The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 100 m² house in Sauzon with exceptional views of the port and the sea, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds, sea view
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), view of the port and the sea
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor
- A 25 m² sea-view living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- An open-plan kitchen with a view of the port and the sea: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Second floor
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with a view of the port and the sea.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 17 m² terrace with an exceptional view of the port of Sauzon and the sea on the horizon, furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Sauzon, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest port: Port de Sauzon, opposite the accommodation
- Public transport shuttles (stop 5 min walk away)

Vacances de Noël en famille à Sauzon
Nous avons passé quatre jours tres agréables à Noël en famille, à 6 dans cette maison.Emplacement parfait en première ligne sur le port de Sauzon.La maison est assez grande pour loger 6 personnes mais sans doute plus adaptée à 2 parents 3 enfants, car la chambre double du RDC est un peu petite, plus à même d'accueillir une personne qu'un couple.L'intérieur est un peu vieillot, dans son jus (en particulier l'installation électrique), mais ne manque pas de charme. La propreté était impeccable. Côté équipements, nous n'avons manqué de rien.Nathalie D, qui s'est occupé de notre accueil, s'est montrée très réactive, un grand merci à elle pour son efficacité, sa gentillesse et ses conseils.Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir !
