Summary:
This amazing 1900 home right in the heart of the historic district and new trendy neighborhood of Starland, has been totally renovated to keep up with the times while also boasting a ton of original features. The stunningly tall ceilings and gorgeous trim will give you a taste of what Southern living was like back in the day! **We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to follow CDC guidelines to try and mitigate the risk of COVID-19** This is an entire duplex (both sides) with two completely separate entrances.

The Space:
We offer a 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with a large front porch perfect for sweet-tea sippin' in the summertime like the genuine south that we all know! Both sides are extremely spacious with 2 modern kitchens and plenty of areas to relax and "wine-down" or host a family game night. Great spot for larger groups! Upstairs includes 1 King, 1 Queen and the double twin bunk room. Downstairs has 1 king and 1 queen room. Both sides have 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access:
The entire duplex as well as the rear driveway (can fit about 5 cars) is all yours!

The Neighborhood:
We are situated perfectly in the heart of the Starland District which is the newest trendy neighborhood in Savannah. Tons of new shops, breweries, cafes, etc! Foxy Loxy, one of the BEST cafes in town, offering tacos and unbelievable coffee drinks, is just 2 doors down from the house. With a quick 5 min drive/Uber ride to City Market, River Street, Forsyth Park and much more, you cannot beat this location that offers peace and quiet at night.

Getting Around:
We are just a quick drive/Uber to River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, Plant Riverside District, etc.! You can easily walk to some of the best, local restaurants in town including Foxy Loxy, The Vault Kitchen & Bar, Sly's Sliders & Fries, Big Bon Bodega, Squirrel's Pizza, and MANY more amazing local spots!

Terrific family visit
Our adult sons and their families joined us at this property for an early April stay. The place is fabulous for multiple families with young children, and the location is ideal for walking to restaurants, coffee shops, parks and other delights of Savannah. We recommend it highly!

We went on a trip with 3 other couples. The property was spacious- gave us room to hang out but room for separate space as well. Close to plenty of things to do. We had a great time!

Great house for groups
This is a great house for groups of people. We had a group of 8 (3 couples + 2 others) stay and everyone had their own space and bathroom. There was also plenty of parking - we fit four cars comfortably. It’s about 2 miles to River Street and the more touristy parts of Savannah which we liked. There were plenty of food options within walking distance such as Foxy Loxy, Bull Street Tacos, and Betty Bombers, all of which were fantastic.
