Best river views in the building. Watch the cargo ships travel down the river from every light-filed room! 2 king size owner suites with ensuite bathrooms. Free reserved parking space in Whitaker Street garage just behind the building.

By day or night, this location can’t be beat! Walk out the building’s front door and across Bay Street to River Street and stroll down the brick walkway by the river, have lunch or dinner right on the river, and visit the scores of riverside shops. Take a left out the building’s front door and catch some live music at City Market. Or take a right, and in two minutes, you are strolling down Bull Street (the main street at the center of Historic Savannah) with one garden square after the next, all the way down to Forsyth Park. Everything is within walking distance -- antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, the famous Leopold’s ice cream shop, museums, beautiful Southern architecture, churches and temples.

Perfect for couples or singles, there are two bedrooms, each with king sized beds, flat screen tvs and two full baths (one with a jetted tub). Each bedroom and one of the bathrooms has large windows with picturesque views that can’t be beat. . . until you get to the living room. There you can relax on the comfy couch or in one of the two swivel chairs and enjoy panoramic views through the oversized windows. The open floor plan of the living, dining, kitchen area makes it the perfect place to hang out and chat. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine while watching all of the great activity in the city. The full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare a meal in your home away from home.

Walk your way through Savannah -views of the river!
This condo is large for two couples of family of four. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, even though it’s a condo in a city, the big ceilings and floor to ceiling windows give lots of light and feels spacious. Condo is just a block off of City Market and across the street from the riverfront. We walked to my fav coffee shop, Savannah Coffee Roaster in 10 min and found the recommendations for lunch (goosefeathers) was so helpful. Truly enjoyed the stay. Having parking with the rental was a huge plus! Checkin and check out were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely book again.

Old folks lived it!
I wouldn’t change a thing. The location of this place is perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We were really impressed all the amenities in the apartment. There was even options for coffee! There were multiple shampoos & conditions - extra toothbrushes -even Qtips. My wife was impressed & very pleased that there were even noise machines. The kitchen even had spices. We were so pleased with our stay - it was a little difficult to figure out parking but once we did, it was fine. We are elderly, so we were nervous about the elevator working & it did the whole time. We will definitely be staying again. .

Perfect for a weekend in downtown Savannah
Me, my wife and our adult daughter came to Savannah for a few days to visit. This condo worked out great as we wanted to stay near River Street and this is right across the road from there. Very nice condo, has all the amenities you would need, and the location is perfect. Many restaurant's, shops, coffee spots, bars, etc. within a very short walk. If I was being nitpicky, the mattresses are very firm which we didn't care for. However, that's simply a matter of preference. Everything else was perfect!

This is a beautiful condo, centrally located. Easy access in and out. Comfortable beds. The Kitchen is well equipped for the stay. Really enjoyed the views and the porch. One minor challenge was locating the correct parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location with great view of the river. Enjoyed watching numerous large cargo container ships coming and going on the river. Short walk to River Street and City Market. Would try to book this place again if coming back to Savannah.

We really enjoyed our three night visit to Savanah GA. The accommodations were better than the online pictures and the apartment with well stocked with everything you could imagine. Loved that both bedrooms and the living room had views of the river and the giant boats that were entering and leaving the harbor.

Relaxing Visit
This condo is beautiful. We loved staying here! The location is great, right in the heart of things. We walked almost everywhere. The River area, City Market, Broughton St, on & on. Condo had everything we needed, right down to a hand mirror so that I could check the back of my hair! We loved watching the cargo ships on the river, people watching on the balcony, just relaxing & enjoying it all. Go to the Public House for the best shrimp & grits! Loved the unique food right in our building at the Treylor Park for quick meals. Owner was responsive when we had questions! Thank you. If we ever come back to Savannah, we’ll definitely stay again.

Premier condo in ideal location
This condo is fantastic. Dedicated parking is underground and conveniently located across the street. The river front is 1 block away with shops, bars and restaurants. The ship traffic is interesting to watch. The pictures are accurate. The condo is on the 5th floor and there is an elevator. I would make only 2 suggestions to the owner. Make the parking space sign in black and white. It is difficult to find the first time. My second suggestion would be to purchase curtains that cover the windows. Light streams in the condo and master bedroom very early in the morning. These were both minor issues and I do give this rental 5 stars. We will come again. Thank you for offering up your property.

Amazing Views - River Homes on West Bay St, Savannah
This two king bed/two bath condo in a secure building in the heart of the north historic district has truly wonderful river views from every window on the W Bay St side (corner unit with additional windows and balcony on a courtyard walkway below). The unit is well appointed and very clean - the owner and manager have stocked it with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and although the windows were not able to open (no handles, no screens) the temperature was adjustable to keep the condo comfy (November visit with warm days and cool nights). I imagine that the crank style windows were deemed too dangerous (even if they had screens) in the event that a small child stayed here, since the condo is on the fifth floor. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms to circulate the air would have been nice, but there are none. We previously stayed in another condo in this building and knew the location was perfect. We would book this condo again when visiting Savannah.

Friends geta-a-way to Savannah
This rental is in a GREAT location. Right in between the historical district and river district. Everything is within walking distance. Some things might be a little farther to walk but it is worth it! So much to see! The condo was very nice and roomy with a big window in the family room looking towards the river. We loved seeing the large cargo ships go by. We also enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon before we headed out for dinner. We all wished we could have stayed there longer. The reason why a four star vs. a 5 star...The king beds. They were very uncomfortable. They need new mattresses! It was like sleeping on padded concrete. After a long day of walking around and sight seeing all we wanted to do was sleep in a comfortable bed and that didn't happen. There was a padded bed cover but it was for a full size bed not a king. New comfortable mattresses equals 5 star for sure. Added bonus is the parking that is included in the cost. It was a little difficult finding the spot but once we did, it was easy getting in and out. Beware if you are a light sleeper. The road noise can be a little on the noisy. There were a couple of sleep machines to try and help. For us, it was just in the early morning (05:30 - 06:00) and we made the best of it. We used it as an alarm clock to get our day started (we are all early risers). This is not the owners fault at all. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if they address the bed issue.

Location and the condo are top notch! Beautiful view. Within walking distance of everything the Historic District has to offer. The only negative was a very rude and unfriendly woman who said she lives in the building and, by her comments, obviously resented people who rented vacation properties in the building. Overall, a terrific stay, nonetheless.
