Wonderfully friendly so helpful staff! Right where we needed hotel to enjoy Savannah and not need to move car! Good good food available in restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The staff at the Inn are always so kind and friendly. Love the Inns history and still waiting to meet "Charlie" the resident ghost. Housekeeping staff were awesome when I had special request for my room. The only thing disappointing was our bed this trip was too hard for us.

Lovely stay in a huge room
Our king room was huge with a lovely sitting area, and a beautiful antique desk. There was a large walled patio off our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us find the perfect spots for watching a football game and sharing a low country boil. I cannot say enough good things!

I like that it's a historical property. My room was pristine and well appointed. The staff was OUTSTANDING! Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The street noise was bothersome at night. Ear plugs were provided to help. Even with the noise, I would stay there again. I hope others visit this amazing inn.

Inn was beautiful!! Perfect location to Riverwalk and town. Only complaint is the construction noise starting around 7:30am. When on vacation you don’t want to be woken up that early.

Great location and mostly friendly staff. Nice amenities like drinks out all day and a candy bowl. Most employees from the housekeeper to the handyman were kind and helpful. But the room was tired, slow drain, broken drawers, nonworking TV. When we asked the day clerk to get the TV fixed while we were gone all morning, she did not follow through. We kept our dogs out for 3 hours but it was not fixed when we returned. Same desk clerk blamed us for not being "clear" and said "I put ASAP on the ticket" as if that was all she needed to do!! No apology or offer to expedite. This older woman had not one iota of care about guest requests and comfort and should not be in customer service. She was not busy either. No guest wants to be treated that way. All other employees were warm and helpful.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of it all. Staff is attentive, and friendly, the restaurant is top notch and the bar (complimentary wine daily) is great. Would stay here again for sure!

Our accomodations were great. We chose a historic inn and it was preserved/ maintained to a high yet appropriate extent. We enjoyed the corner deluxe king room and it was everything we hoped.
