516 is for someone that the NOISE won't bother.
It wasn't that good. We have stayed there 3 other times and loved it, this time we were put in room 516 which backs up to the elevators. It was hard to get rest.

Our overall Because of some of the amenities, the breakfast was wonderful. The room was OK. Some of the staff was wonderful. But we also had an issue and the manager was told about it, but never reached out to us walked right past us when we were sitting in the common area as we were waiting for her sent an email and have not gotten a response.

The staff and service was excellent. The room needed a new seal around the toilet. You could smell sulfur all the time, The carpet in the room and hallways needed cleaning immediately. There was only 1 dryer working for the entire building on the 5th floor and it took 4 cycles to dry my clothes. There were not many plug ins for accessories to charge. Cleanliness is very important especially for 257.00 per night. Do better Embassy Suites.

The furniture was old and soiled, I did not even want to touch the couch. There was a lingering smoke smell. The tiles and grout in the bathroom needs scrubbing, stained and dirty. The carpet has past its limits, 5 year carpet going on 15. Curtains old and frayed. For the price, I expected better. I asked about dining at check in and was told there was dining, only to find out the bartender made a few fast food plates.

Aged but with character, clean everywhere, breakfast seemed smaller than most embassy’s , bar tender was outstanding, very sweet, friendly. Food was ok. Room clean, quiet, I liked that their restaurant stayed open past 8 o’clock like so many places still blaming it on covid. Their pool also stayed open later. They are obviously catering to people who want to enjoy their stay.

Our family stayed for two nights after we lost power at our house due to Hurricane Helene. The suite lay-out was perfect, allowing my husband and I to work without falling over each other (and our dog enjoyed looking out the window at passersby.) Good air-conditioning (which we desperately needed), nice amenities such as coffee available all day and evening wine and snacks. Housekeeping staff was friendly and personable. We really needed a second home for a few nights and this hotel was perfect. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting from now on.

Need friendly staff!!!
All was ok, dont like that a customer had her dog around the happy hour food & on sunday they lady making the omelets was amazing, i think she could of used some help because the containers was all put of bacon, eggs etc...& i told the lady cleaning around the coffee area & she was so rude & told me to tell the lady cooking & i told her she was busy & she just walked away from me. She wasn't friendly at all!!!!!
